**About the Role**

Our Early Careers campaigns across Australia and New Zealand are underway and we need your help to make sure we hire great Graduates and interns into Stantec. We need a Talent Acquisition Coordinator or recent graduate who can pick up systems quickly to assist us with a wide range of administration tasks to ensure we are delivering excellent service to our internal clients during our Early Careers campaigns. You will need to be adaptable to changing priorities and meeting tight deadlines. We are looking for someone who is available to start asap to assist with the following:

- Conducting phone screens
- Uploading and managing role requisitions onto our recruitment database, Taleo
- Uploading and managing adverts onto various platforms
- Manually entering CVs, transcripts, interview notes etc onto Taleo
- Coordinating psych tests including sending, reviewing results and uploading into excel and Taleo
- Updating information on Recruitment and event attendance spreadsheets
- Liaising with local office contacts relating to requirements for events
- Any other general early career administration as required

**Qualifications**

**About you**
- An aptitude for technology - proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and able to use social media tools.
- Methodical in approach, with the ability to use your initiative and work independently.
- Excellent communication skills with strong attention to detail.

Professionalism, personal accountability and integrity are vital to succeed in this role as this role will report to Australia but be based in Auckland - you will have local support and guidance to assist.
- No recruitment administration experience necessary, you can be a graduate as we will train you, but you will have a genuine interest in the early careers space and recruitment industry.
