Te whiwhinga mahi | The Opportunity
The TamaAriki Ora Team Administrator (TA) supports the Tumu Whakarae, Pouwhakahaere Matua and operations Manager, providing administration and team support services to enable TamaAriki Ora (Starship Māori Health Team) to operate efficiently and effectively.
- The TA oversees the daily activities of assigned functional areas prioritising, completing multiple activities, and resolving problems as they arise.
- The TA supports HR activity and financial administration tasks.
- The TA supports the design, data collection, monitoring, evaluating and reporting on activities across SMH, administrating top-quality business cases and reports.
- The role is also responsible for building collaborative partnerships with key stakeholders.
- The TA supports complex and varied work programmes across SMH as directed.

**As an experienced administrator, you will**:
- be someone who manages and nurtures new and existing relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- be an excellent organiser, and be able to develop robust systems and prioritisation mechanisms to ensure reporting requirements are met.
- be a Microsoft Office whizz and feel confident scheduling and coordinating a range of busy calendars.
- be an excellent communicator with a proactive, flexible and friendly attitude.
- have the multi-tasking ability and the ability to cope under pressure to work in this dynamic and ever-evolving environment.
- have proven problem-solving and decision-making capabilities and experience in dealing with matters of a highly confidential nature.
