**The opportunity**:
This is a permanent, full-time role and we offer a minimum guaranteed 30 hours per week of work. We offer competitive remuneration between $30 to $32 per hour.

**Role description**:
The essence of the Office Administrator role is to provide administrative support to the business to ensure the smooth and seamless execution of administration functions.

**Responsibilities will include**:

- Provide support to management, including preparing documents, and scheduling meetings.
- Perform data entry and other record-keeping tasks.
- Organise and store the documentation and files both paper and electronic.
- Assist the employer with staff payroll.
- Oversee office supplies and order the required supplies when needed.
- Prepare invoices and manage accounts payable and receivable.
- Ensure a safe and clean work environment.
- Provide regular updates on ongoing work to management and identify areas for improvement.
- Assist the employer with HR operations as and when required.

**About you**:

- Having proven relevant industry and/ or position work experience of at least 6 months or more is desirable but not essential.
- Competent in the use of Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc);
- Excellent written and oral communication skills to engage with all areas of the business;
- Highly organised - you will have the ability to handle multiple priorities, work to deadlines, and work well under pressure;
- Self-motivated; proactive and a good team player;
- Positive mindset, adaptable and reliable.

Pay: $30.00 - $32.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week

Schedule:

- Day shift
