**Your new company**

This financial services organisation has been servicing local government across NZ Aoeteroa for over 80 years. Working to provide and develop Kiwisaver Superannuation and mutual funds for the community, closely working with government organisations, whilst adhering to their core values of Teamwork (Kotahitanga), Integrity (Tikanga), Communication (Mana reo) and Caring (mana Manaaki).

**Your new role**

This company is looking to expand their talented, close-knit team with a fantastic new Office Administrator. You will be responsible for diary and inbox management, answering any phone queries, loading and updating member information and organising internal documentation. You will be working along-side the CEO, CFO and Governance Officer to provide assistance with marketing materials, board papers, events and travel arrangements.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Background in an office administration environment
- Knowledge of a variety of admin systems preferable
- Diary and Inbox management experience
- Fantastic written and verbal communication
- Work well in a team environment
