**Job Description**:
This exciting full-time opportunity is for an experienced Regional Sales Manager based in Auckland to lead our New Zealand sales team. You will be responsible for growing our colour business, win new business, and support the delivery of the ultimate customer experience in the region. In this customer focused role, you will work in-field as the technical specialist, managing sales service-related matters with a strong focus on pioneering new business growth.
Reporting to the National Sales Manager - Australia & New Zealand the responsibilities will include, but not limited to:
- Provide product support, advice and grow brand awareness, with a strong focus on colour growth
- Increase new business opportunities and growth within the region by proactively identifying potential customers and driving new business
- Be responsible for meeting KPI targets, and for the ongoing customer experience
- Coach and support Sales team members on best practice sales strategies
- Manage daily sales service-related matters
- Putting the customer at the heart of everything you do and make decisions that consider value for them
**Qualifications**:
- Demonstrated experience within a similar business development role, planning and executing sales strategies to achieve KPI budgets and targets
- Proven selling skills with the ability to drive sales and deliver outstanding customer experience
- Authentic and supportive leadership style
- High level communication and collaboration skills (listens, understands, open & brings people on the journey)
- Strong negotiation and time management skills to maximise every opportunity when dealing with current and potential customers
- Ability to work with a high degree of accuracy and efficiency with sales data and reporting
- Outgoing, confident, and vibrant personality.
- Demonstrate a high level of proficiency with technology, including experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office
