**Position Entails**:

- Strong focus on delivering high-level customer service, safety and security services for our clients and customers
- Security guarding duties for the client, their customers and the site
- Ensure a healthy and safe environment for all staff & visitors
- Work collaboratively within a tight-knit Team

**Do you think this sounds like you?**
- Some Security experience & COA Security License is advantageous, otherwise you must be willing to work with Red Badge Group to obtain one
- Flexibility - there may be times where you would need to work at least one weekend
- Have strong customer service and people skills
- Possess a strong work ethic, desire to take responsibility, use initiative & act fast in situations
- Must be professional, confident and honest at all times
- Excellent verbal & written English communication skills and attention to detail
- Must ensure a clean and tidy presentation
- Physical fitness capable of handling lots of walking and standing for long periods of time
- Willingness to work as part of a fantastic team & grow with Red Badge Group
