We are looking for a Continuous Improvement Manager (CIM) to champion the development of a robust, evidence-based culture of continuous improvement within our 111 Communications Centre.

We are looking for a Continuous Improvement Manager (CIM) to champion the development of a robust, evidence-based culture of continuous improvement within our 111 Communications Centre.

As the CIM, you will play a pivotal role in identifying opportunities for innovation and enhancement. Your responsibilities will include researching and overseeing the integration of new technologies, processes, procedures and various initiatives. Additionally, you will leverage the insights from Quality Improvement, Complaints, and Adverse Events Investigations to identify trends and drive transformative change projects.

Your responsibilities will also encompass leading our Training and Quality team members.

**Skills and Experiences**:
Who we are looking for

**To be considered you will need**:

- Management experience
- A Level 5 qualification or equivalent experience
- Experience working with Ambulance or other Emergency Service Communications Centre technologies
- Sound understanding of quality improvement frameworks
- Excellent communication and report writing skills (written and oral)

You will ideally have an understanding of the New Zealand health sector and have:

- Knowledge of applicable legislation
- A management qualification or be prepared to work towards a management qualification
- Sound knowledge of and ability with InformCAD, AMPDS / ProQA triage, Ambulance Land Mobile Radio network or similar technology
- Knowledge of WFA and Hate Hone St John policies and procedures
- A Diploma in Emergency Medical Dispatch (EMD)
