Continuous Improvement Manager

**ABOUT THE JOB**
This role involves implementing and managing continuous improvement initiatives to enhance overall productivity, reduce costs, and improve customer satisfaction. The Continuous Improvement Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams, analyze existing processes, and identify opportunities for improvement, ensuring the smooth and efficient flow of operations.
- Lead and facilitate continuous improvement projects.
- Implement Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to streamline operations.
- Drive a culture of continuous improvement through training and engagement
- Foster a collaborative environment to ensure the success of improvement projects.
- Provide training to warehouse staff on continuous improvement methodologies.
- Develop and maintain training materials to support ongoing improvement efforts.
- Mentor and coach teams on best practices for process improvement.
**ABOUT YOU**
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Logistics, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in continuous improvement roles, preferably in a warehousing environment.
- Strong knowledge of Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Project management experience with a track record of successful implementations.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems and technology.
**ABOUT THE DIVISION**
L'Oréal Australia & New Zealand Operations includes our Warehouse, Customer Care, Master Data and Supply Chain teams. These teams work in partnership with our Divisions to ensure we continuously improve our supply chain and achieve greater agility and efficiency to meet the needs of our clients. Operations have an important responsibility to focus on uncompromising standards of quality control, employee safety and our environmental commitments.
