This is a great opportunity for someone to come on board and work across our entire Distribution Centre (DC) network - driving change, lifting capability and ultimately modernising the DC network. Reporting to the Chapter Lead - Logistics Network Improvement, you will bring a fresh set of eyes to the delivery of the network continuous improvement programme nationwide.

You will be owning and leading continuous improvement activity and playing a key role in improving safety, productivity, cost of doing business and how we better service our customers.

Drawing on your toolkit of skills and proven experience your other key objectives will be:

- Transform data into actionable insights Contribute to the success of our distribution centres by creating and maintaining performance reports that drive strategic decision-making.
- Be a driving force in optimising upstream processes. Contribute to the seamless flow of goods by identifying and implementing strategies that enhance efficiency and reduce bottlenecks.
- Dive deep into data analytics and gain meaningful insights. Leverage your analytical skills to make informed decisions that elevate our logistics network to new heights.
- Play a pivotal role in the day-to-day operations. Provide critical support to ensure the smooth functioning of our logistics network, guaranteeing the timely delivery of goods to our customers.
- Specialise in the dynamic management of logistics flow. Implement strategies to ensure a smooth, continuous, and optimised flow of goods from origin to destination.
- Participate collaboratively with fellow Supply Chain functions to identify and implement end to end improvement projects for group benefits. Ownership of DC network specific inputs and activities.

**Qualifications**
Leadership skills and ability to manage multiple stakeholders
- Strong decision making and problem-solving skills
- SOP writter and implementation
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build excellent internal and external relationships
- High degree of organisation and a commitment to continuous learning.
- In-depth knowledge of supply chain principles and best practices.
- Advanced skills in Excel for data analysis and SQL Server for database management.
- Familiarity with WMS to optimise warehouse operations.
- Proficient in utilising data analytics tools to extract valuable insights and drive informed decision-making.
- Strong skills in data visualization, turning complex data sets into easily understandable visual reports.
