The Continuous Improvement Unit has two short term roles available to support the reviews and inquiries work currently underway relating to the North Island Severe Weather events of January and February 2023.

EOI Administrator/Coordinator Continuous Improvement, Fixed Term to end of June 2024 (or secondment)We are seeking expressions of interest to find an administrator/coordinator to support the Continuous Improvement team for a short-term assignment until the end of June 2024.
The main responsibilities are to provide high quality administrative and support services to the Continuous Improvement Unit across a varied range of activities, projects and workshops.
Functional responsibilities include:
- Provide timely and accurate administrative support to the Continuous Improvement Unit.
- Support meeting organisation, information management, minute taking and other various administrative tasks.
- Ensure systems and processes to support the Group to operate efficiently, deliver on its objectives and comply with NEMA business rules, such as those relating to the classification, storage and confidentiality of documentation.
Essentials skills include:
- Experience in high quality administrative and programme support.
- Strong organisational skills, energy, enthusiasm, adaptability, and ability to work to strict deadlines and cope with changing demands and requirements in a team environment.
- Experience in managing fitforpurpose systems to support efficient delivery.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Excellent computer literacy, use of Microsoft Office (specifically Word, Excel, Visio and PowerPoint).
