We have an exciting opportunity for a Permanent Full time Continuous Improvement Manager to join the Case Services Team, Digital Office. This is a leadership role within the Case Services team which will have a significant input into how Digital Services are delivered and supported across the Ministry.
The Continuous Improvement Manager is accountable for;
- Championing the continuous improvement of development practices in the direction of Continuous Integration, Continuous Delivery and DevOps;
- Supporting the implementation of goals, objectives, policies, procedures and systems pertaining to best practice development and support frameworks; and
The position is accountable for Service Configuration, Operational Support, and the Implementation of ITIL Processes across the Case Services portfolio.

To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A collaborative and inclusive working style
- A proven ability to build and manage strong working relationships
- Experience managing or delivering projects, project management principles, and experience in leading and delivering ongoing systems support post project implementation
- Experience in building and grow confident and skilled people and teams.
**Experience and knowledge**
- Experience in the management of a Digital support team
- Strong understanding of ITIL processes
- A collaborative and inclusive working style
- A proven ability to build and manage strong working relationships
- Experience managing and working with suppliers and internal support teams.
- Experience in building and grow confident and skilled people and teams.
- Experience with budgeting and forecasting
- People Management Experience (2-3 years).

The appointing salary for this role will be between $126,427 - $176,789 based on skills and experience.
