**Head of Customer** role.

As a key member of the organisation, you’ll report directly to the Chief Operating Officer and play a pivotal role in shaping the sales strategy and customer engagement initiatives.

**Key areas of accountability**
- Leadership and development of **five **direct reports who lead teams (nine indirect reports) across the key customer functions providing mentorship and career development for this highly engaged long-standing team;
- Drive revenue growth across the subscription/lease market for the business;
- Support the marketing function (which is strong on brand) to supercharge ROI, lead generation and promote sales;
- Full ownership of entire customer journey and lifecycle;
- Performance reporting, providing forecasting and strategic insights as well as sound business cases to support and deliver on customer centric growth strategies.

The business has undergone significant transformation post covid - and this role is set up, and well supported for success. Your primary focus will be driving revenue growth, fostering strong customer relationships and experience through the leadership of Sales, Marketing and Customer Care functions, nationwide.
- Strong prior leadership experience - executing growth across multiple functions, guiding managers of diverse teams.
- Experience achieving targets and driving revenue growth through effective sales leadership, sound commercial decision making and presentation skills.
- A high level of numeracy and Excel ability - we’re not looking for an analyst - but certainly someone who can provide evidence based, data driven business cases to inform strategic decision making as well as continuous improvement.
- Exceptional relationship building experience - there are people you need to influence and inspire all over the country to be successful. Effective written and verbal communication skills are imperative to achieve your objectives.
