Our opportunity
As the Head of Customer Marketing Foodservice, you will lead the development and execution of the customer marketing strategy for our Foodservice Channels. You will have leadership accountability for a high performing team both directly (4 direct reports) and indirectly across Goodman Fielder with the need for high levels of cross functional collaboration to drive delivery and commercial outcomes.

**Key responsibilities include**:

- Support the creation of relevant customer propositions, building demand for the Foodservice products and brands to enable significant and sustainable growth - via both cross sell/upsell and new business.
- Build strong internal relationships with R&D, sales & marketing
- Develop and execute customer marketing plans that align with the business objectives, driving growth, retention and loyalty Work with the National Business Managers to lead the innovation platform for all of RFS
- Develop marketing strategies that include online and digital channels, including the GF Online Shop (customer adoption and ongoing usage)
- Deliver new business through leading the development of NPD for the Route Foodservice channel.
- Develop, manage and implement the RFS SPM process, ensuring all activations and promotions are effectively launched in market, including digital media

About You
- B2B Marketing leadership - driving transformation and change, resulting in step change performance improvement
- Minimum of 3-5 years' experience in Marketing at first division companies in marketing (and/or sales) leadership positions
- Notable achievements at each stage of career
- Proven experience in managing multiple projects, with strong team leadership skills
- Understanding of marketing technology platforms including CRM and e-commerce
