They are now actively looking for a proven Head of Technology to add to an already talented team of technical experts. **The Role**

As a Head of Technology, our client needs your combination of deep technical knowledge and a forward-thinking creative mindset to act as a final escalation point for technical issues and provide leadership and strategic planning. As the Head of Technology, you will play a pivotal role in representing the client's business strategy by driving the evolution of their technology offerings and fortifying security measures. Your key responsibilities will encompass providing invaluable support to the project delivery team, dispensing expert counsel, and devising best-in-class solutions for their valued customers within the small and medium business market.

You will have the unique opportunity to shape the company's technology trajectory and foster a culture characterized by professionalism and ownership within the team. Through your insightful assessments, you will discern areas of strength and areas in need of improvement. By devising strategic plans, you will spearhead the enhancement of existing service delivery, while also playing an instrumental role in crafting a robust vision for the company's future technological endeavors, through training and regular communications with clients.

**Your Skills & Experience**
- At least 8 years of IT experience.
- Demonstrated expertise in the setup, support, and maintenance of Networking & Systems.
- Experience in leading IT technology projects.
- Relevant Cyber Security certifications.
- Relevant Microsoft certifications.
- Familiarity with products like Fortinet, SentinelOne EDR, Datto or Veeam are a bonus.
