ABOUT THE ROLE*
The National Account Manager - NZ will build and execute go-to-market plans across ZURU’s toy brands, driving sell-in and building strategic relationships with platform accounts and distributors to drive growth in the NZ market.

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT*
Focus on building strategic relationships with our Platform accounts in New Zealand, ensuring our Platform Brands and Big Bet items are maximised every season. In doing so, you will ensure ZURU is capturing or over-indexing its Share of Shelf vs competitors.
You will work closely with our Local Marketing resource in New Zealand to craft pitches to grow listings and deliver strong Trade Marketing programs.
**WHAT WILL YOU BRING?**
- Bachelor’s Degree in business or related discipline is preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in account management with consumer goods
- Excellent sales and negotiation skills that could drive business effectively.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines on time.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to tailor persuasive outreach messages and campaigns and use storytelling techniques to sell our items and brands.
- Demonstrated expertise in building strong relationships and a successful history of managing business growth
