NHP New Zealand, are seeking to appoint a Personal Assistant / Administrator to join our team, due to an internal move. In this role you will play a valuable role in our organisation, effectively managing one employee and working collaboratively with our team to provide support in a range of areas including staff management, facility management, security, contractor and supplier management, sales support, customer events, customer merchandise, HR support and travel management.

Key responsibilities include:

- Customer Events - coordination of functions & events
- Customer Merchandise - review and order
- Travel Management - liaise with travel company, flights & accommodation
- Health & Safety - admin support for the Auckland office including incidents, committee meetings, contractor registrations
- Facilities Management - organise building maintenance, upgrades & general operation, book & manage repairs with contractors
- Security - set up and maintain employee swipe cards, assist with issues with the alarm system or office security
- Contractor & Supplier Management - review & facilitate supplier contracts, maintain contractor’s spreadsheet
- Warehouse, Customer Service & Sales Support - customer database, portal, price files & general sales support
- General Office duties including Reception, Visitors, Staff rosters, Stationary, Supplies for Boardroom & Fridge, Kitchen, Mail, Office Maintenance, Scanning & Filing

**Ideally you will have / be**:

- Proven experience in a similar role as a Personal Assistant or Office Manager
- Excellent organisational & time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Emotionally intelligent and capable of working with a diverse range of people
- Proficient in MS Office suite including MS Word, MS Powerpoint & MS Excel
