**Territory Sales Manager - Relief **

**The Pitch**

At Coca-Cola Europacific Partners NZ we're a passionate bunch of people who are committed to building lasting partnerships with our customers and to finding new ways to do things better. You’ll be responsible for supporting the Territory Sales Managers & will help cover customers in our "On the Go" channel but, don't let the Relief part fool you - it's still a permanent full-time role, where we'll expect you to step up, and provide an exceptional level of customer service across **Auckland**. **The Role**

The team is hardworking, incredibly competitive, and hungry to not only achieve results, but to smash them - while having a great time You'll be responsible for increasing sales volume and ranging, ensuring stores are well executed, and working in partnership with our customers to grow their business and ours. Your competitive edge and drive to meet targets, teamed with a passion for building strong relationships, will ensure success in this role. Most importantly, you'll think strategically in your selling approach and understand your customers' needs - your forward-thinking approach will drive exceptional results for CCEP and for your customers alike.

**What Do I Need?**

Energy, motivation, and a drive to succeed We’re looking for someone who can adapt to demands and are passionate about building relationships and working in a fast-paced environment. If challenges motivate you - keep reading We're looking for someone who loves to seek new opportunities and turns them in to results. It's a busy role, and we'll expect you to fit a lot in to your day - so, you'll need to be well planned and efficient in your approach to your work and be flexible and adaptable to the various demands of the role.

Building strategic relationships are a key part of this role, as you'll be dealing with a wide variety of customers - and will need to be able adapt to their individual needs. You don't need FMCG experience (but it's a big bonus if you do have it), but you do need proven sales and customer service skills, and experience in a fast-paced environment will be the key to success.

Finally, you'll have the ability to work autonomously, but will also be committed to supporting your wider team, going above and beyond to contribute effectively to team success.
