**Job Description**:
**About the role**

We have an awesome role for a P&O Advisor to join our fun, down to earth and high performing P&O team. This role will be offered on an initial 12 month fixed term basis however for the right person we'd like to consider perm opportunities. If you like working in a dynamic, every day can be different environment, and enjoy some banter along the way then we'd love to hear from you

- Provide first level HR advice, generalist support and coaching to our managers on a broad range of complex HR issues and practices, building capability, and offering solutions in accordance with relevant procedure, policy, and legislation
- Under the guidance and direction of People and Organisation team to provide internal and external stakeholders with timely advice on employment matters and interpretation legislation obligations.
- Support a range of HR initiatives and projects
- End to end management of the employee lifecycle ensuring a high-quality service for the business.

**Qualifications**:
**About you**:

- Passionate about people and the environment
- 3+ Years of HR experience
- Experience working in a high-growth and agile organisation in a similar role
- Strong relationship-building skills to drive change and partner effectively across all levels of the business
- Working in an extremely fast paced and dynamic environment
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Business or similar
