An internal promotion means that we're on the lookout for another People & Performance Coordinator to join our team for a 12 month fixed-term stint. Partnering with Advisors to provide support and advice across the full generalist remit, this is a varied gig that could see you handling HR enquiries and assisting the change management process, through to managing processes to support compliance across the wider network (think recruitment, H&S and general projects that contribute to the strategic and operational success of the network).
You'll be an approachable and proactive team player, with an attention to detail that’s second to none. In return we're committed to providing plenty of development opportunities, a close knit and collaborative team dynamic, and a few perks (like 50% across our Auckland network) along the way
