We are looking for an experienced individual to join our medical rostering team based at Middlemore Hospital. You will be responsible for the roster coordination across the anaesthetic service medical staff, with a focus on daily maintenance of software based rosters and leave reporting.
You will need to enjoy complex problem solving, as we are rostering across multiple sites, varied areas of expertise and workloads both in and out of theatres. The rosters change regularly with our teams working across an 8-week roster pattern, so no 2 weeks are the same and there is always a new problem to resolve.
Our current rostering team is made up of experienced medical staff who are keen to share their knowledge and expertise with the right person.
Previous rostering experience within a large, complex, multisite workforce
The ability to manage a high workload
Ability to work well with a team and independently

This is a full time, 12 months fixed term position working 40 hours a week Monday to Friday and based at Middlemore Hospital.

The salary range is dependent on skills and experience and will be paid in line with the National Administration Collective agreement.
