The main focus of this role is to manage and develop key accounts as assigned by the Manager, National Key Accounts. With an emphasis on discovering your potential and determination to connect with your fellow forwarders, this is an opportunity for you to thrive in a close and supportive team environment, valuing active listening and diversity of thinking.

**You will be responsible for (but not limited to)**:

- Establish and Maintain an effective customer management plan that includes a formalized review structure and business plan for each client on an ongoing basis to ensure maximization of all business offerings
- Develop new business opportunities
- Grow assigned accounts by 10%(This can be changed yearly) p.a. (GP)
- Work pro-actively with their assigned key accounts by improving awareness of business offerings
- Identify opportunities with key accounts based on customer research and development
- Conduct customer visits

**About You**:

- At least five years experience in international freight forwarding
- Account Management/Customer Care
- Experience in managing and developing key accounts
- The incumbent must possess at least 2 years of inside or outside customer care experience
