**Senior Manager of Technology and Cyber Risk.**

You will lead Line 2 across technology and cyber risk and play a critical role in the shaping of the Bank's Technology and Cyber strategy. You will have deep expertise in Technology and cyber with a fundamental understanding of risk practices and frameworks.

This is a Senior role where you will be expected to represent Line 2 views in senior forums and directly offer quality challenge and advice to managers and stakeholders across all levels including areas of opportunity and improvement to achieve sound risk management across the organisation.

In this role you will maintain a view on the overall risk profile of the Technology & Operations division. Other key outcomes will include:

- Culture - fostering a continuous learning culture, encouraging the team to continuously demonstrate our 'mindsets'
- Delivering quality challenge and advice that lifts the practice of technology and cyber risk across the Bank
- Scanning the external and internal environment to advice on emerging risks and insights into the aggregate risk profile
- Knowledge sharing and technical leadership - creating a drive for 'craftsmanship' and taking pride in inspiring and motivating others to share
- Manage and motivate a small team of experts across technology, cyber, and related risks
- Support Line 1 with incidents and issues including critical review and challenge over material risks, issues, incidents and controls
- Contribute at both a divisional and bank-wide level across key forums and governance committees, including the Board.

- Strong experience in the technology risk and/or cyber security - ideally within a large or specialist organisation
- Business Advisory and assurance experience
- A passion in innovative work approach
- Extensive experience at Senior Manager level
- Strategic thinking - understanding business objectives
- Ability to engage, influence and challenge - building and maintaining relationships
- Positive leadership capabilities - lead and drive behavioural change
