**About The Role**:
The Senior Brand Manager is accountable for overseeing the design and marketing activities of our clients products and programmes. Through these activities, the role will ensure that customers are fully informed of the different ways that our clients can support them.

The role is therefore wrapped around a critical goal to deliver information and knowledge to customers through above-the-line marketing activity, collateral, product materials, and content published on their website and other channels.

This position is also responsible for executing marketing activity for their programmes
- including marketing and sales activity through done through their channels. This will be delivered in conjunction with the Products Team and the Commercial Group.

**About You**:

- Tertiary qualification including Business, Marketing, and Communications
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Marketing and Communications Manager and/or a Product Manager.
- Experience with Campaign Monitor, MailChimp, or other EDM software.
- Excellent copywriting or copy-editing skills, and ability to write under an organisational tone of voice.
- Track record in successfully managing the execution of marketing plans.
- Experience with complex marketing projects and working as part of a multi-disciplinary project team.
- A proven record in establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with individuals, groups and stakeholders - able to influence, manage competing interests, manage conflict and work effectively with senior leadership, senior managers, and multiple internal and external stakeholders.
- Experience in delivering programmes or plans which are time critical, and confidence in developing plans and reorganising resources to meet changing priorities in a fast-moving environment.
- Sound judgement evident in operational decision making and can make accurate and timely decisions when under the pressure of tight deadlines and deliver on time consistently.
- Hands-on problem-solving work ethic.
- Formal presentation skills and ability to present a persuasive business case.
- Analytical thinking skills and attention to detail.
