**About the Role**:
As a Senior Delivery Manager at RUSH, you'll play a pivotal role in managing the delivery of digital projects for our clients. Your mission will be to ensure that projects are executed flawlessly - delivered on time, within budget, and to the utmost satisfaction of our clients.
- Manage the end-to-end delivery of client projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to high-quality standards in a way that meets or exceeds customer expectations.
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, and manage resources to ensure successful project delivery.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, and work closely with them to understand their requirements and feedback.
- Monitor project progress and key metrics, and provide regular status updates to stakeholders and clients.
- Evangelize RUSH Ways of Working and work to identify opportunities to improve delivery efficiency and effectiveness.
- Manage project risks and issues, and proactively identify and mitigate potential problems, escalating when required.
- Ensure effective communication and collaboration among project teams, stakeholders, and senior management.
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budget forecasts.
- Ensure project documentation is complete, accurate, and up-to-date.
- Communicate client growth opportunities to BDM's as required.
- Act as a team facilitator for key ceremonies and rituals.

- Strong leadership, excellent communication, and effective problem-solving skills.
- High attention to detail and exceptional multitasking abilities.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and continuously updated on industry trends.
- Willingness to make tough decisions when needed.
- 5+ years of IT service delivery/project management related experience.
- Proficient in Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Demonstrable expertise in Atlassian tool suite (Confluence & Jira).
- Deep understanding of software systems and SDLC.
- Knowledgeable in risk management and conflict resolution.
- Effective stakeholder management and clear communicator.
- Excellent time management and vendor relationship management skills.
