**National Account Executive & Vendor Replenishment Planner - Woolworths NZ
**About the Role**

The purpose of this role is to support the Woolworths NZ Business Manager to manage the Essity business in this account. The goal is to build market share and exceed sales and profit budgets within this account.
The primary responsibilities include Vendor Replenishment for Woolworths planning, execution and review of promotional activity, managing communication to and from the field, forecasting of volume and management of trade spend and accruals.
Due to Woolworths NZ Vendor Replenishment requirements the role is based mostly at Woolworths Head Office in Mangere with frequent visits to the Essity office in Newmarket.**What You Will Do**
- Support the Woolworths NZ Business Manager - Woolworths NZ to achieve account goals
- Develop, execute and review the promotional plan in order to generate the maximum Return on Investment from the spend available
- Accurately manage the promotional program within both the Essity system and the Progressive System
- Ensure payments of all invoices are within agreed time frames
- Accurately forecast stock requirements and trade spend month by month
- Maximise sales for Essity while operating under Woolworths guidelines
- Ensure all orders maximise supply chain efficiencies
- Complete Vendor Management Inventory orders daily

**About You**
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Numeric and analytical thinker that understands statistical concepts and tools and is a fact-based decision maker.
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work in a team as well as autonomously.
- Sound time management and planning skills
- Resilience - able to deal with resistance and pressure from various stakeholders.
- Strong customer focus and is able to establish and maintain effective relationships with external and internal customers.
- High level of personal energy and motivation with an outgoing and professional manner
- Ethical and reliable to ensure positive company image is reflected at all times.

**Qualilfications and Experience Requirements**

Essential
- Strong Excel/Word/Powerpoint skills
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills

Desirable
- 1-2 years Woolworths VRP experience preferred
- 2-4 years FMCG experience ideal, could be in Sales or Logistics
