**Account Executive**

We have an exciting opportunity for a dedicated and results driven Account Executive to be an integral part of our fun and energetic Ellerslie office.

You will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional administrative and analytic services to support the National Account Team. This is your chance to drive efficiency in sales and marketing functions while ensuring high-quality support and customer satisfaction.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Provide proactive and responsive administrative services, ensuring timely feedback and recording of vital information for all stakeholders
- Support the team with general and specific administration needs
- Manage the preparation and submission of essential customer documentation
- Assist in processing monthly accrual sheets and claim reports
- Administer internal and external databases, including DKSH Global promotional tools
- Conduct data analysis for category reviews and new product launches
- Coordinate specific promotional activities in key accounts
- Oversee field communication through various marketing tools
- Manage Partner Hub loading of new products, price changes, and maintenance tasks
- Organise the annual WWNZ Trade Show
- Offer support to other sales functions as required

**Skills/Experience required**:

- Proven experience within a similar role
- FMCG experience (desirable)
- Proficiency in computer IT, particularly Microsoft programs (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Exceptional relationship-building skills that foster trust and collaboration
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to navigate challenges effectively
- Resourceful use of data to enhance support systems
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Integrity, autonomy, and a high level of motivation
- Positive attitude and willing to get stuck into teamwork
