We have a fantastic temporary opportunity for an accounts professional like you to join our clients team. We’re seeking a down-to-earth individual with a natural willingness to support and confidently handle a variety of tasks.

**What You’ll Be Doing**:

- Accounts receivable duties, ensuring the smooth running of this function
- General bookkeeping, including invoicing, receipting, and making deposits
- Managing debtors, day-to-day maintenance, reconciliation, and opening of new accounts
- Credit control, including following up overdue accounts
- Matching, coding, and approval of invoices - AP processing large volumes
- Collaborating closely with the Procurement department to resolve internal queries
- Handling customer requests and queries professionally
- Investigating and resolving any external issues with Suppliers
- Addressing billing discrepancies
- Generating financial reports and statements

**Who You Are**:

- Solid AP/AR experience in a busy, high-volume environment would be advantageous
- Excellent attention to detail, strong data entry skills, and good communication skills
- Immediately available
- A reliable and proactive attitude is essential
- New Zealand experience is preferred
