**What will you be doing?**

Our amazing team member is off on an exciting adventure so we're looking for a senior marketing manager to contribute to the success of Tower by driving growth, acquisition and brand outcomes through performance-based marketing.

You can also expect to be across the following:

- Be the expert and champion of brand and performance marketing at Tower
- Working with the Chief Revenue, Marketing and Brand Officer you will lead the strategic development and delivery of the above-the-line brand, retail and product marketing strategy and annual plan, continually optimising budget, media, message and performance to deliver on business objectives
- Lead strategic campaign development, implementation and continuous optimisation of activity, with a key focus on digital media marketing performance
- Lead a team of three direct reports to deliver customer and commercial outcomes, coaching and supporting to create a high performance and engaged team
- Take accountability for overall execution of above the line and brand campaigns, including accountability for internal campaign planning and delivery across functions, overseeing working groups, finalising campaign and activity approvals, integration with the purchase squad, website and offer fulfilment
- Take an insights led and data-driven approach to marketing activity, bringing an understanding of the customer and our sales funnel metrics to drive performance.

**What you'll need**

You will be an experienced and motivated brand and retail marketer with a strong background in delivering results. You'll love a challenge and enjoy getting stuck in to deliver forward thinking campaigns that drive growth. You will be a team player, collaborating and communicating with cross-functional teams to deliver business and customer outcomes.

**To be successful in this role, you will also be able to demonstrate the following**:

- 8+ years' experience in a senior marketing role in a services marketing environment.
- A proven track record in brand and retail above the line marketing with a focus on delivery to drive business outcomes and growth.
- Experience of working a cross functional team is a must, and Agile experience a huge advantage.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to engage, influence and manage senior stakeholders and partners
- Analytic and data skills, a master of measurement - highly capable with sales funnel and conversion targets, as well as working within a performance marketing context, across search and programmatic channels.
- Solid stakeholder management experience, specifically leading planning and execution across multiple teams.
- Expertise in leading marketing communications planning and brand execution.
- A good understanding of customer data usage (including segmentation and testing principles)
- Experience ensuring the performance and relationship management of creative and media agencies.
- Strong project management and organisational capabilities
- Sound budget planning and management skills
- Willingness to look for and embrace new ideas/innovations
- Moderate working knowledge of Google Analytics and Power BI would be useful
- A natural collaborator and able to work well with a diverse range of people.
