The Senior Go-to-Market (GTM) Manager usually operates in a larger country environment and takes guidance from the Leadership Team, globally and particularly within region.

The primary objective of this position is to collaborate with the relevant internal stakeholders to ensure the country achievement of client-led, business value solutions. They will take responsibility for creating business value for clients through our portfolio and the successful execution of the strategy within their specific country.

"Directs the development of company market requirements for specific product(s) or product line(s), including product strategy definition, requirements analysis, and pricing. Monitors the development of business plans, assesses market penetration, and product positioning to drive competitive advantage, revenue and market share. Reduces broad concepts and business strategies into structured product marketing plans. Oversees market research, monitors competitive activity, and identifies customer needs. Establishes pricing strategies and develops marketing tools for successful product introductions. Communicates customer feedback to engineering, manufacturing and sales to enhance existing product(s) or product line(s). Leads new product definition and business plans with joint departments. Selects, develops, and evaluates personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function."

**Key roles and responsibilities**:

- Own and execute the go to market plans for the products in assigned portfolio.
- Manage the marketing activities for a portfolio of complex products/services through their full life cycle.
- Responsible for taking the propositions to market and ensure their commercial execution success.
- Work closely with a variety of internal stakeholders to implement and execute the GTM strategy in the country.
- Tasked with creating and deploying a GTM framework that provides a commercial blueprint for propositions launches.
- Monitor and report on adherence to service level agreements (SLAs) and customer satisfaction key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Identify opportunities to ensure customer satisfaction and retention levels are maintained at optimum levels.
- Conduct regular business reviews to ensure compliance and governance in relation to contracted agreements with partners and alliances.
- Manage presales opportunities and implementation of the identified projects.
- Develop and manage the implementation of local policies and procedures and operating plans aligned to global strategy that will enable the achievement of the overall GTM strategy.
- Assume the role of “go-to-market” lead for the country and align sales with key opportunities.
- Support the group marketing and demand generation activities through provision of advice to the country teams.
- Manage a team of managers and/or individual contributors and ensure performance goals are constantly reviewed and achieved.

**Academic qualifications and certifications**:

- Master’s degree in business or marketing
- Relevant certifications

**Experience required**:

- At least 6 years relevant experience in a pre-sales/sales role
- Experience managing and leading a team of technical and non-technical individuals
- Previous experience in a technical role
- Previous experience in proposal writing
