The Role
Expanding upon their current team Vanguard is looking for a results orientated and outcomes driven, customer centric Marketing Manager, ready for their next challenge. Based in Wellington you will have a strategic mindset, challenge thinking, influence change, and lead by providing strategies to unlock opportunities and drive growth. This is truly a great opportunity to unleash your creativity to execute marketing campaigns and attract business that increases brand awareness and pushes the company vision.
Accurate, timely execution of requirements and response to communications is an essential aspect of this position. You will drive and deliver commercial value and competitive advantage for the business through optimal brand and marketing initiatives across all channels and touchpoints. Crucial to this role is the ability to engage with influence and credibility across all stakeholders and client groups, particularly at the executive level.

- Lead, Manage, Accountability
- Build Brand Awareness & Value through full customer journey
- Execute a Marketing Plan to deliver Leads
- Manage Hubspot CRM & Marketing Automation
- Create & Launch Marketing Material - Digital & Tactile
- Use Market Analysis & Intelligence to delivery effective marketing outcomes & ROI
