**About the role**:The sales support position involves the facilitation of small to large scale door manufacture projects from quote to completion. This role enjoys a variety of duties from on site client meetings, processing design specifications and managing the project completion timeline.

**Day to day responsibilities**:

- Compile a complete door schedule for the project from full consented architectural plans and specification, cross referencing details with tender documents
- Analyse project programme, co-ordinate, and schedule production orders accordingly
- Process orders, ensuring accuracy of data entered and any specific requests have been allowed for
- Communication with production/logistics personnel throughout, keeping them abreast of any issues or requirements from clients
- Site meetings when required with clients regarding Pre-let meeting, establishment of specification & architectural details, maintaining rapport and customer liaison

**About you**:

- At least 2-3 years working within an administration position processing orders and quotes
- Experience working within the construction or building industry would be an advantage
- Proven experience taking initiative and being proactive with your key tasks
