We're on the hunt for a Learning and Development Lead to join our high-performing People & Safety team. The position is full-time permanent and based at our Christchurch Support Office.
Reporting to our Head of Technical Training & Learning and Development, your key focus is delivering employee development programs and training solutions to support capability uplift across Farmlands. This includes our Retail, Farmlands Leadership Group, and Support Office teams.
You will be a Gallup Strengths Coach and facilitate a wide range of training across all levels and teams.

We're looking for an L&D professional who thrives on variety and flexing in our fast-paced environment. You'll be a seasoned communicator who easily engages to deliver high quality training.
To be successful you'll need:
High level of experience delivering and facilitating leadership and learning development programmes across all levels of a large complex business
Experienced in delivering a range of learning solutions (in-person, online, experiential, blended) using the latest thinking and approaches
Skilled in building effective working relationships to achieve desired goals and outcomes
Proven ability to positively influence change
A minimum tertiary qualification in adult education is required
Desirable:
- Gallup Strengths Coach certification
