**What will you do?**

We have an exciting opportunity for a People and Culture Project Lead to join the team and play a vital role in leading and supporting the successful delivery and implementation of business improvement projects within the people and culture work programme.

Key responsibilities include:

- Supporting the People and Safety Leadership team to deliver strategic people and culture initiatives
- Acting as the project delivery SME to support the People and Safety team with fit for purpose project management tools and frameworks to ensure successful project delivery.
- Ensuring ongoing continuous improvement across all aspects of the employee life cycle

**Who are you?**
- With proven experience leading and implementing continuous improvement projects (preferably within a people and culture setting), you have a passion for engaging and aligning stakeholders
- You have proven project management experience, preferably using a range of rapid improvement methodologies (e.g. lean or six sigma) to ensure successful project delivery.
- You have excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- You value people and kindness, and are passionate about learning and delivering excellent results
