Are you passionate about Insurance, or building your career and looking for an exciting new step? We are currently on the lookout for a Claims Advisor. As a Claims Advisor your key purpose is to provide effective and timely management of the claims process.

Key responsibilities as a Claims Advisor will include:

- To provide a high level of claims management services to clients and brokers through consulting, advisory, advocacy and negotiation
- Responds to queries from clients and brokers
- Prepares reports including claims trends analysis
- Liaises with clients, insurers, claimants and external providers and maintains relationships with contacts
- Ensuring all required information is obtained before forwarding to the Insurance company
- Ensuring claims are paid promptly and within policy cover
- Prepares invoices as required for under-deductible accounts
- Participate in peer review/ audit process

Key experience:

- Commercial claims experience will be highly regarded for this role
- Prior claims, assessor or broker experience - understanding the insurance cycle is key
