**The Role -**

As a Commercial Building Senior Claims Advisor, you’ll be at the forefront of delivering exceptional claims management services to our esteemed clients and brokers. Unlock your full potential as you provide expert consulting, invaluable advisory support, powerful advocacy, and masterful negotiation skills.

**Job Details -**

Contract Duration: Embark on a 6-month journey of growth and success
Hourly Rate: Enjoy a rewarding $50.00 + 8% accruals while you thrive

**Key Responsibilities -**
- Seamlessly respond to client and broker inquiries and prepare both routine and ad hoc reports, including insightful claims trend analysis.
- Shine as you conduct quarterly and/or annual claims reviews that leave a lasting impact.
- Elevate your presence at client meetings, leaving them impressed with your expertise.
- Navigate through basic to moderately complex claims, adhering to our company’s streamlined processes and client agreements, while collaborating with the Major Claims Unit when needed.
- Master the art of interpreting policy wordings, analysing claims history data, and conducting meticulous investigations.
- Take charge of the settlement negotiation process, fearlessly negotiating on behalf of our valued clients.
