**_ Your Responsibilities:_**

Account Management:

- Assist in business planning and goal achievement.
- Exceed service standards and financial targets.
- Cultivate long-term client relationships.
- Proactive account management and retention strategies.
- Monitor large claim matters, negotiate settlements.

Administration and Revenue:

- Ensure accurate client documentation.
- Oversee compliance with company procedures.
- Identify revenue and growth opportunities.

**_ Qualifications:_**
- Experienced in working with commercial organizations.
- Confident presenting to clients at the board level.
- Willingness to work towards new competency requirements.
- Travel may be required.
- Must have or quickly obtain a level 5 qualification.

**_ What Makes You Stand Out:_**
- Senior Associate of ANZIIF or equivalent.
- Strong communication skills.
- Up-to-date technical knowledge of insurance classes and legislation.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
