**What will you be doing?**

Brining your experience as a highly skilled construction worker / builder, we are excited to offer you the opportunity to become a House Quality Assurance Assessor in the dynamic world of insurance. This role is not just about assessing; it's about ensuring the gold standard in insurance services while enjoying a newfound level of professional growth.

On an average day, you will be expected to review 6-7 house-related claims, you will be using your skills and experience to determine findings, make recommendations, and provide reports to our wider Claims teams. You will also be laying the foundations for our assessing auditing process where you will be responsible for auditing internal assessors, external assessors, and our external repair partners.

What you'll need
- A huge focus on improving assessment processes.
- Understanding of industry standards.
- Ability to produce quality work.

To be successful in this role, you will also be able to demonstrate the following:

- A building trade or associated qualification is necessary.
- Broad knowledge of assessing or quoting and cost control.
- Demonstrated knowledge of house building or repair procedures and standards
- Sound understanding of relevant regulations and compliance requirements.
