**What will you be doing?**
Reporting to the Quality Assurance Manager, you will work as part of the Quality Assurance team reviewing assessments to provide data and reports that will assist Tower execute their house claims strategy more effectively and efficiently for the benefit of our clients and shareholders
**Working with our existing QAs you will help develop a best in-class House Quality Assurance function which will focus on**:
- Reviewing and reporting on house assessments for internal and external assessors, and our contracted repairer network, your reports will consider:
- Adherence to agreed assessing process
- Adherence to industry standards
- Event description consistent with damage
- Repair cost adjustment accuracy
- Identify cost management opportunities missed
- Assist in compiling data and information for ad hoc projects as and when required
- Highlight opportunities to improve process or systems
- Develop relationships with key stakeholders to allow constructive feedback
**What you'll need**
**To be successful in this role, you will also be able to demonstrate the following**:
- A building trade or associated qualification is necessary
- Broad knowledge of assessing or quoting and cost control.
- Demonstrated knowledge of house building or repair procedures and standards
- Sound understanding of relevant regulations and compliance requirement
- You will be analytical, and be able to translate strategies to plans and actions
- Experience in administration and the preparation of reports - desired
- Understanding of repair contracts - desired
