Michael Hill is opening a new Support Office in Highbrook & we are seeking a Quality Assurance Administrator to join our team. This is an exciting new full-time opportunity with broad exposure in a transformational Supply Chain operation.

Reporting to the Quality Control Operations Manager, this is a highly administrative and autonomous role is key to our growth journey. It is an integral role that will allow a broad exposure to all aspects of the Michael Hill Quality team and to the evolution of the Michael Hill Supply Chain. With real growth for ongoing development this is an ideal opportunity for someone seeking a career in the growing field of Quality Assurance.

**_ About the Opportunity_**
- Perform large volumes of inventory tasks to support product across our various supply flows - suppliers, stores, returns to suppliers, export shipments, etc.
- Maintain Inventory integrity through systemic movements, cycle counting, sales order maintenance, inbound accuracy
- Stock preparation for sales order fulfillment / refining.
- Processing of goods received through sustainability initiatives
- Develop and improve departmental procedures and processes
- Work closely with all Michael Hill International departments including Manufacturing, Purchasing, Customer Service, Distribution, and others

- A strong team player who focuses on improving results for the overall team - process driven, with a “work to completion” mindset around tasks.
- Demonstrated experience in a highly administrative position with exposure to industries such as retail, inventory management, or quality.
- Demonstrated organisational skills and ability to effectively prioritise workloads.
- Intermediate to Advanced administration skills (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience working with an Enterprise Resource Platform such as Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, or Oracle will be highly regarded.
- Quality Assurance / Product Compliance qualifications highly regarded.
