They are looking for an experienced Senior Executive Assistant to join their team.

This role offers the usual Executive support variety with additional project responsibilities, which include being part of a culture and rem projects. You not only get a voice at the table, but you will also own some of the actions and lead some group to ensure outcomes are met.

You will be someone who can build strong relationships with the Directors and Board as well as the staff in the wider business in Australasia.

You will manage companywide weekly comms, assist with events including Exec offsites and other seminars, with the option to be involved in companywide event management.

You will be someone who can be the eyes and ears for the CFO and CIO, and ensure priorities are met daily. People are at the heart of this business and are very important to the CFO & CIO, therefore you will be a natural networker, who is authentic and will build strong relationships across the business.

You will be someone with experience working with senior executives who understands Board processes and preferably someone who has worked in a large complex business.
