Right now, we’re seeking **1x CFO/Chief Advisor (Lead) and 3x CFO/Chief Advisors **to join us in fixed term roles within our Finance and Commercial function of the National Transition Unit (NTU). The CFO/Chief Advisor operates as an expert CFO/Partner level consultant responsible for delivering highly complex assignments and projects which fall within the scope of the Financial and Commercial workstream.

The Lead role includes the additional portfolio responsibility to oversee the portfolio of assignments being delivered by the CFO and Chief Adviser team and ensure that the deliverables seamlessly integrate into the wider workstream plan.

If you have the following skills and experience, we would really like to hear from you:

- C-level experience as a CFO, Chief Strategy Officer or Chief Transformation Officer (or similar roles) in a large, complex group of companies or organisations.
- Deep experience overseeing large accounting divisions, major transformation initiatives or working as a CEO’s right hand strategy officer.
- Previous experience leading high performing cross functional teams, with a demonstrated ability to deliver in challenging circumstances.
- Previous experience of leading top priority organisation projects spanning multiple functions
- Previous experience of working with C-Level cross functional internal and external executives to deliver exceptional outcomes through outstanding collaboration and influence.
