We currently have an outstanding opportunity for a Divisional CFO to lead a high-performing team, with a focus on providing strategic and operational financial reporting, business information and support services for the Technology & Operational Excellence division. Acting as a strategic advisor to their Leadership Team, you will be accountable for providing financial data, insights and advice in order to assist achieve commercial and business objectives.

You'll report to the General Manager - Divisional Performance, who let us know the following about the role:
**What is the most exciting thing about this opportunity?**

This role is crucial in driving commercial decisions within Technology and Operational Excellence business unit, and you'll make a real impact with your insights and analysis, unique perspective on the outlook, as well as your ability to assist them navigate through complex challenges. You'll build strong stakeholder relationships, becoming a trusted senior member of Finance and the business unit you support.

**What attributes will this person display in order to be successful in this role?**

You'll bring extensive finance experience and demonstrate where you have successfully lead a team to provide strategic and operational financial reporting, business information, and adding value through providing strategic financial advice and decision making. Finance experience within a large technology organisation would be desirable, or someone with an understand of technology and what drives commercial decisions in this sector. As a member of the Divisional Performance Leadership Team, your capability to speak up with confidence and well-reasoned judgement in robust commercial discussion will be critical to your success. You will bring:

- Success in both strategic and operational settings, with the ability to prioritise and effectively deliver against enterprise objectives
- Strong leadership experience in leading and developing direct and indirect teams
- A sound understanding of the enterprise's financial management policies and methodologies
- Excellent communication skills with demonstrated success in influencing senior stakeholders
- A financial qualification (CA or CPA) with relevant tertiary qualifications and specific experience in financial/planning roles.
