About the Role (Your Why)
As the Technical Service Delivery Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth delivery of various projects and initiatives across our technology and cybersecurity landscape. Your responsibilities will include managing project reporting, coordinating customer-facing documentation, and tracking small project activities. Additionally, you will oversee vulnerability mitigation, manage dashboards, and support the daily operations of our platforms and processes.
What You’ll Do
As a Technical Service Delivery Manager, your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- Generate and manage comprehensive project reports to keep stakeholders informed on progress, risks, and outcomes.
- Coordinate and deliver monthly packs for key services being delivered.
- Oversee and track small project initiatives, including integration channels and improvement activities.
- Monitor, track, and coordinate the mitigation of vulnerabilities, ensuring timely resolution and compliance.
- Update tracking boards daily, including note-taking, timeline adjustments, and tracking progress with individual users.
- Create, link, and monitor dashboards including security platform dashboards and small initiatives, ensuring data accuracy and visibility.
- Oversee the platform lifecycle management, ensuring system health and optimal performance.
- Maintain clear and concise documentation for all project activities, processes, and initiatives.
- Oversee the group mailbox, ensuring timely and effective communication and responses.
- Develop timelines and schedules for activities and initiatives to keep projects on track.
- Assist in the coordination of platform patching activities.
- Support business-as-usual operations management tasks.

What You’ll Bring
**As a Technical Service Delivery Manage, you will bring**:

- More than 3 years of experience in IT and/or operations.
- Strong project coordination and management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
- Proven communication and interpersonal skills, with extensive experience in customer-facing roles.
- Exceptional organizational skills, with a strong attention to detail and proficiency in documentation
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and excel in a fast-paced environment.
- A willingness to learn and grow within the role, with training provided for key technical aspects.
- Knowledge of cybersecurity principles, especially in vulnerability management, is a plus.
- Familiarity with ITIL principles.
