Events Coordinator

**About the opportunity**
In your role as Events Coordinator, you are a part of the People and Culture team who support the whole Pan Pac business. Our business has 4 different divisions and over 400 staff. You will be the main point of contact for all company events and manage these accordingly within budget while also ensuring they meet desired outcomes. You will manage a variety of events such as BBQs, conservation weeks or all staff Christmas functions. You will maintain internal and external relationships which will include key stakeholders such as suppliers, staff, the community, and overseas visitors. Most of the businesses key events reoccur each year on similar dates. The nature of these events will allow you to plan in advance. However, there will also be situations where stakeholders will come to you for urgent one-off events according to their needs. Therefore, it is critical you have processes, templates, supplier lists and other resources to support either circumstance. Your key responsibility will be event management but due to the nature of events you will also be required to provide administration services.
This role is part time and will have flexible hours and days to support the events.

**About you**
It is preferred that you have had previous experience with events. Otherwise, you have a minimum of 3 years in administrative role.
