**The Opportunity**

The role of the PX Coordinator is to partner with the PX Team primarily in recruitment support, contract administration, learning coordination and all operational PX elements. Attention to detail is crucial in this role, as you will be responsible for issuing all PX related documentation and HRIS system maintenance.

This is a key team role with an opportunity to experience the range of people activities across a high-growth organisation - and as such are on an exciting career pathway within People and Culture.

You will be responsible for supporting the team’s regional operations. The role is an end-to-end role, we are a hands-on team, and a team player attitude, excellent administration and coordination skills as well as high energy and positivity, will see you succeed.

In addition, you will;
- Support the Global Sustainability Task Force (GSTF) for your respective region. Enable your people to engage and partake in events.
- Encourage awareness of and behaviours aligned to our Sustainability Charter.
- Utilise our sustainability platform (Giki) by taking part in challenges and improving behaviours to be more sustainable. Driving competition and supporting your teams to engage.

**The Specifics**
- Be the first point of contact for PX for all Gentrackers in Australia and New Zealand.
- Manage the PX Inboxes, providing timely responses to queries in line with our service level agreements.
- Maintain our HRIS system and relevant PX Policies with excellent attention to detail. This includes liaising with payroll (Finance) to accurately manage and coordinate payroll queries.
- Responsible for the PX administration required for the entire employee lifecycle, including pre-employment checks, onboarding, and leavers process.
- Provide support to the PX Business Partners in ANZ with Employee Relations matters where appropriate.
- Liaise closely with the Talent Business Partner, to manage the recruitment, interview and offer process to ensure a smooth transition from recruitment stage to employee induction and end of probation periods i.e., sending out offer letters and contracts and liaising with new joiners.
- Support the team with a broad range of ad-hoc administrative tasks when required.
- Support on ad hoc people initiatives and transformation change projects, as part of the team goals and to enable your development and progression.
