Hair & Beauty Services (Trades & Services)Full timeWe are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Hair Salon Coordinator to join our teamAs the first point of contact for clients, you will play a key role in ensuring a seamless salon experience. This position combines customer service expertise with organizational skills to keep the salon running smoothly and ensure client satisfaction. We need someone who is available to work till 8pm on a Thursday and every Saturday. We are closed on Sundays and Mondays.Key Responsibilities:Customer Service:Greet clients warmly and professionally as they enter the salon.Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and handle inquiries about services and products.Address client concerns and resolve issues promptly and effectively.Ensure every client feels valued and welcomed throughout their visit.Scheduling & Coordination:Manage the salon's appointment calendar efficiently to optimize stylist schedules.Confirm appointments and communicate changes to clients and team members.Coordinate walk-ins and accommodate last-minute appointment requests when possible.Upsell salon services and recommend retail products based on client needs.Process payments accurately and maintain cash handling procedures.Track and maintain inventory for salon retail products.Administrative Support:Maintain cleanliness and organization in the reception and waiting areas.Monitor supplies and restock as needed.Support the salon manager with administrative tasks, such as reporting and team communications.What We Offer:Competitive hourly pay (based on experience).Employee discounts on salon services and products.A supportive and friendly team environment.Opportunities for professional development and growth.CLOSED on Public Holidays and through the Christmas and New Years break.We are an incredibly awesome and fun team who love a good social event
