**Ko tāu ake mahi | What you will be doing**

Working as our receptionist you will serve as the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional customer service through answering inquiries, welcoming clients, and arranging appointments and will connect our clients with our Occupational Health Nurses (OHNs). You will also provide administrative support to our OHNs, ensuring that our systems are always updated and our office is ready to deliver the variety of services we provide to our clients.

- 5+ years’ experience in reception/customer service front facing role(s)
- Strong computer literacy skills
- Strong time management and organisational skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- High attention to detail
- Ability to work well in a collaborative environment as well as autonomously
