Trade Assist are a leading recruitment company with its flagship head office in Christchurch. We are seeking an exceptionally organized receptionist and administrator to be the welcoming face of the branch.
This is a fixed term position for 6 months but it maybe extended into a permanent role after this. This is a Monday to Friday position 8 - 5 with an hour for lunch.
- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the office.
- Direct visitors to the appropriate person.
- Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls.
- Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary materials (e.g. business cards, brochures etc).
- Update calendars and schedule appointments where necessary.
Ultimately, the administrator / receptionist’s duties and responsibilities are to ensure the front desk welcomes guests positively and executes all administrative tasks to the highest quality standards. It is vital for us that people have a positive experience when coming into our business.
Administration Tasks May include but not limited;
- Time Sheet and Data Entry
- Processing Paperwork
- Scanning
- Updating our CRM system
- Creating Reports
