Mental Health Receptionist/administrator

We are looking for a motivated receptionist/administrator to join our team Monday to Friday. The role is to provide clients with an exceptional experience through excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills. Manage the start of the referral process for clients into our service. Manage follow up communication through Medtech. Communicate appropriately with clients through text and on the phone to book appointments, while also providing administrative support to our Mental Health Leadership team., staff and clinicians.

**Role Responsibilities**:
- Provide administrative support in the form of data entry to the MH Services team
- Maintain Mental Health Patient Management System and records
- Take minutes and complete general office administration work
- Provide administration support to the leadership team, and across the service
- Provide cover during periods of leave of other Administration members
**The successful applicant will have**:
- 2+ years previous administrative experience
- Ability to demonstrate excellent communication skills
- Be able to quickly learn new systems, processes and procedures
- Excellent attention to detail
- A commitment to understanding and role modeling equitable health outcomes in the workplace
- Proven ability to work well within a team
- Show a methodical approach to work, achieving high standards
- Demonstrate a flexible approach to work and understand the need to respond/deliver work within agreed timeframes
- Be highly motivated, reliable, and display initiative and innovation
- You will be an exceptionally well-organised person, able to prioritize competing demands, and to plan your time effectively.
