**The Role**

We’re looking for a Growth Marketer with the experience, leadership skills, and drive to support Seequent’s continuous market growth.

**In this role, you will have the opportunity to**:

- Develop a customer-centric growth marketing strategy that creates meaningful experiences for prospects and users, ultimately helping Seequent meet its sales and customer retention targets.
- Lead a passionate team that that develops and executes demand generation initiatives in collaboration with our Regional, Segment, Product, and Customer Marketing.
- Design and implement integrated paid and organic programs that effectively reach our target audiences.
- Work closely with Marketing Operations and Sales leadership to develop feedback loops and improve pipeline conversion.
- Work with Marketing Operations and other analytics teams to improve marketing performance reporting, measure the ROI of marketing spend, and enable the team to make data-driven decisions.
- Manage Seequent’s demand generation marketing budget.

**In order to be successful in this role, you should have**:

- A tertiary qualification in Business, Marketing, or an equivalent field with 7+ years' experience working in a Marketing position, with a minimum 3 years of paid media marketing experience.
- Strong leadership skills and proven experience leading high-performing teams.
- Excellent working knowledge of Marketo, Salesforce, Google Analytics, and Google Ads is desirable.
- Demonstrated experience and expertise in end-to-end program design that considers audiences, messaging, and channels.
- An excellent understanding of and passion for paid media marketing including PPC, social, retargeting, social, display and affiliate marketing.
- The ability to understand campaign data and analytics in order to communicate insights and recommendations to business stakeholders.
- Demonstrable track record of executing and reporting on multi-channel customer acquisition campaigns.
- Ability to lead successful marketing acquisition strategies, planning and then delivering that activity,
- Demonstrable track record of testing and optimising marketing activity using a robust, analytical methodology,
